This page contains links for online registration for all programs available through WBC including Player Registration, Coaching Applications, Scholarship Applications, and HOOPS Camp.

The registration process involves creating a guardian account, potentially adding a second guardian, creating a child account (or more than one), and then registering your child (or children) for the program. The entire process can be handled online and at one time. If you plan to apply for a scholarship, please take care of that registration FIRST – before to registering your child for the club. Upon approval, you will be e-mailed a discount code that will allow you to register your child/children and pay the lower price. If you prefer to not pay with credit card and to avoid the processing fee, at the end of the process you can choose to “Pay Later”. If you choose that option, a check should be delivered to a WBC board member at the FIRST skills assessments or mailed to P.O. Box 930403, Verona, WI 53593 for delivery by August 21, 2016. Once your child is registered (or at any point in the process), you can use the WBC Coaching Application link to register to be considered to coach. Note that you can use your same guardian/family account for all three registrations.

If you are registering more than one child, please use the discount code “WBCMultiple” for second and subsequent registrations.  This will give you a $45 discount for second, third, and fourth children registered to play with WBC.

All teams will travel and will play tournaments. Tournament costs incurred beyond those covered by the registration fees are paid for by the individual team player parents.   The Black Team will be considered the top tier of grade-level talent and will participate in higher-competition tournaments, which are higher cost.  As a result, each player of the Black Team will be responsible for an incremental team fee of approximately $150 to cover projected tournament costs that are not covered by the typical registration fees.

If you do not have access to a computer or cell phone, you can register in person at the parent information meeting.

If you are having problems registering online, please try again and then contact Tony Supanich at 608-575-4486 or e-mail
